The hydraulic shearing machine is a kind of machine that uses a moving upper blade and a fixed lower blade, and uses a reasonable blade gap to apply shearing force to metal plates of various thicknesses, so that the plates can be separated according to the required size.

When the oil cylinder at the left end of the machine enters the oil, the piston descends, and at the same time the oil enters the piston at the right end cylinder to descend, thereby ensuring the parallel movement of the tool post. When the amount of oil in the tandem oil circuit increases or decreases, the shear angle of the tool post changes accordingly. When cutting two copper plates, the four corners of the shear are reduced, which can not only ensure that the plate is not twisted, but also shorten the stroke of the tool post, which can also increase the stroke frequency per minute. This kind of structure often uses a nitrogen accumulator to push-one or two return cylinders to shorten the inter-travel time, thereby increasing the productivity of the machine.

Main Structure

● Adjusting the stroke of the upper tool post greatly improves work efficiency. The upper blade is fixed on the knife holder, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. A material holding ball is installed on the workbench so that the sheet material will not be scratched when sliding on it.
● The back gauge is used for plate positioning, and the position is adjusted by the motor. The pressing cylinder is used to compress the sheet to prevent the sheet from moving during shearing.
● The guardrail is a safety device to prevent work-related accidents. The return stroke generally relies on nitrogen, which is fast and has little impact.

The Difference of Swing Beam Shearing Machine and Guillotine Shearing Machine
1.Guillotine shearing machine have higher precision
A.The gap between the blade and the blade of the pendulum type and gate type are both 0.04mm. However, the clearance of the bearing connection between the swing arm and the swing frame body of the pendulum machine cannot be eliminated, and the combined shearing accuracy error of the clearance and the blade clearance is generally above 0.1mm. The rear guide rail of the guillotine shears knife holder body is compressed by the bearing with a compression spring pad on the back, so that there is no play between the front and rear guide rails, and the accuracy error of the added clearance and blade gap is kept below 0.04mm, so that the material is cut. It can be smoother and hairless.
B. Since the tool holder body of the pendulum shearing machine itself is arc-shaped, it uses the point contact of the arc to ensure the straightness of the cut material. It is not as good as the guillotine shearing machine to ensure the cutting by the straight line of its own tool holder body. The straightness of the cut material is accurate.
C. The knife phenomenon in the middle of the knife holder body of the 4000mm pendulum shearing machine is serious, and some of the cuts in the cut material have burrs. This situation cannot be avoided.

2.Guillotine shearing machine adjust cutting angle available
When cutting sheet metal with less than 20mm thickness, the swing beam type shearing machine cannot adjust the cutting angle and the cut material has distortion. The narrower cutting requirement and greater distortion happened. The guillotine shearing machine can achieve utmost adjustment for the cutting angle, it’s not easy to be twisted and deformed, and the processing accuracy of the workpiece guaranteed. More importantly, the shear force becomes stronger when the shear angle increases.

3.Long service life of blade for guillotine shearing machine
The upper edge of swing type shearing machine cannot use 4-sided cutting. Because the motion line of the knife body frame of swing beam type shears is arc-shaped, only the diamond-shaped knife edge can be used to cut on both sides. The guillotine shears knife holder body moves up and down in a straight line, and its upper and lower knife surfaces can be cut on four sides, so the service life of the guillotine shear blade is twice as long as swing beam shearing machine.
